The Going Beyond Podcast Presents: How to Be With (and Befriend) A New Normal During Covid-19

May 31, 2020

Here at The Going Beyond Podcast we dove head first into the real stuff affecting us during the time of the Corona Virus Pandemic: anxiety, fear of the unknown, relationships with our partners and kids, and even how we manage the presence of the ultimate difficulty- death of those we don’t know and those we love. It has been our honor to bring the perspectives of experts who are holding space for their clients day in and day out, bringing their wisdom right to the space of your home. We hope these episodes have been part of your healing and processing experience!

In honor of our popular mini-series and the needs of our listeners, we are hosting a LIVE virtual event, a conversation between Randi Zinn (our podcast host), Lia Avellino (relational psychotherapist and director of head and heart at The Well) and Kristin Miscall ( Psychotherapist and leader of the Undoing Whiteness and Oppression Dharma Group at the Brooklyn Zen Center), two of our most popular podcast guests to contemplate and interact IRL with our attendees on the top of a “New-Nomal”- what is it?

What might it look like? How do we prepare for something so unknown? And how do we manage all of our own anxieties and fears preparing for a reality that we don’t know how to define? How do we lean on our personal practices and deepest knowing to move forward with as much clarity and confidence we we can?  On this special evening we will invite depth, vulnerability, and introspection in the true form of the Going Beyond Podcast.

Register here! $20 with a portion of the proceeds supporting Together Rising a non-profit offering resources, food and essentials to families affected by Co-vid 19.
