How do we go from chaos to peace while juggling motherhood, businesses and relationships? How do we make space and time for a visit with oneself? Are you feeling like you need more room for calm in this time of your life? Beyond Mom believes mindfulness is the key.

We know it’s all easier said than done and that’s why we have pulled these phenomenal wellness experts to share with you their go-to tips and tools, as well as their personal stories.

Join us at the spirited Laughing Lotus Yoga studio in Chelsea for a panel discussion moderated by Randi Zinn founder of Beyond Mom and with Arielle Haspel (Health Coach, Cooking Show Host and Founder of Be Well with Arielle), Aimee Raupp (Author, acupuncturist and herbalist) Pilin Anice (dance and yoga instructor) and Jessica Pallay (Co-founder of Well Rounded).

Randi Zinn (Moderator)

Randi Zinn is an author, mindfulness and wellness expert, mother of two and founder of Beyond Mom. Born from her own experience of motherhood, Beyond Mom is harnessing a movement of women who are taking back their right to self-love, self-care and community as a pathway to productivity.

Author, acupuncturist, and herbalist, Aimee Raupp is a women’s health and wellness expert whose mission through her teachings is to educate and inspire women, improve their vitality, celebrate their beauty, and guide them to reconnect to the presence of their optimal health. Arielle Haspel

Arielle Haspel is a Certified Health Coach, the host of healthy cooking shows, “Treat Yourself” on Glamour Magazine and “Clean Eating” on Healthination and most importantly, a new mom to baby Gemma.

Arielle has appeared on national television shows and in national magazines, including The Doctor Oz Show, NBC’s Today in New York, ELLE, Glamour, People, Seventeen and Women’s Health.

She is the spokesperson for elite brands in the wellness space and speaks regularly at events and for corporate companies.

She is also the creator of Be Well Events, a series of seasonal cooking classes and wellness gatherings for women. She hosts private cooking classes and create healthy, delicious and easy-to-make recipes for busy, professional women.

Jessica Pallay of Well Rounded

Jessica Pallay is Co-Founder and Editor of Well Rounded. She is a Brooklyn mama to Libby and Elsie, and writes about all things pregnancy and new motherhood.

Well Rounded is an online community focused on urban pregnancy and modern parenting. We provide inspiration and information that speaks to a cosmopolitan pregnancy & parenting experience.

Founders and editors Kaity Velez and Jessica Pallay have created an online community that will help you not only “deal” with your pregnancy, but navigate it, revel in it, and most importantly, celebrate it.

Pilin Anice

Pilin Anice is a certified holistic wellness coach, international yoga and dance instructor, performing artist, and model. She is passionate about helping others tune into their highest self by improving their health and wellbeing. From universities to community organizations, she has guided students of all ages in the sacred movements of yoga and dance through a range of workshops and classes. Her passion for yoga and dance lead her to become a certified Afro Flow Yoga instructor, which she has taught in the US and abroad.

She has been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, BET/CentricTV, YogaXpress and more. As a mother of two, and longtime vegan, she is go to expert on plant based wellness through pregnancy and beyond. She is currently busy writing her first book due to be released in 2018.

Pilin is an alumna of Howard University, where she was awarded the Debbie & Phylicia Ayers-Allen Performing Arts Scholarship. She also studied at Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Pilin is a proud Athleta Brand Ambassador and was recently featured in the 2017 Fall Campaign, sharing her tools to find balance and inspiring women across the country.
