Beyond Mom Urban Retreat at Space by Mama Medicine
It can feel nearly impossible in today’s over-stimulated, highly demanding result oriented culture, for any woman, particularly a mother, to claim her right to that which she craves the most:
Self-care. Healing. Introspection. Time. A prolonged visit with oneself.
Give yourself the gift of one day to focus on the woman inside the mom in a way that only Beyond Mom can give you. We will welcome you to a space that is created with deep healing in mind and will share the expertise of women who have dedicated their lives to empowering others.
We will gather at Space by Mama Medicine, the home of medicine readings and deep healing for women in Soho, Manhattan. This is a place to exhale and focus inward.
The day will begin with a movement practice designed to open up our body and align our energy. Attendees will then gather in a sacred circle to dive into the theme of our day: healing, growth, and all that we long for as women and mothers.
A healthy and delicious lunch will be provided by Provenance Meals (an organic meal delivery for busy New Yorkers). The second half of the day will offer a medicine reading ceremony by healer Luciana Naclerio. The ceremony begins by reading the collective aura and identifying the common thread that has called this group to the moment. The ceremony is a full-sensory experience, combining sound and crystal healing, energy balancing, intuitive reading, and spiritual guidance.
At the conclusion of the day we will join again to share stories, insights, and experiences. Our group will be solidified by the moments we share through the day.
