I love oatmeal.
I’ve loved it since pretty much forever. My kids eat oatmeal at least three times a week for breakfast and love it. It’s fast, easy, and healthy – talk about a super-win for breakfast!
Not only that, when it’s been a long day and I just cannot fathom the thought of having to make dinner, oatmeal makes the kids act like I brought a pony home or decided to have an impromptu princess party. So it’s a super-easy solution and the kids think I’m doing them this huge favor. I love when being an awesome mom is easy.
I always used either the popular oats on the market or random generic oats, until I had a chance to try Better Oats. It’s…SO good.
First, it’s easy. You open the packet, pour it into the bowl, measure the water in the same packet up to the marked line and pour it into the bowl. Microwave. Serve. Or, if you’re me and don’t own a microwave, you wing it in a pan and it still turns out yummy. Second, it’s good for you. Whole oats and great flavors, you can see the nutrition information on any of the Better Oats products from ingredient list to nutrition label right on the website. They’re up-front, honest, and it’s easy to know what you’re giving your children – and yourself - every time you pick up your oatmeal.

- Post on Twitter (however many times you feel comfortable with) “@jennydecki is giving 10 people a free month’s worth of Better Oats! http://wp.me/p9VfX-a2 Plz RT!”
- For all extra entries please leave the link to the Twitter post or leave a comment letting me know you liked the Facebook page.
- Tell a friend and have them leave an extra entry telling me you referred them. (If one of these are chosen as the winning post BOTH of you will win!)
With ten winners, there’s no reason not to tell everyone you know to make your chances even better! As always, your participation is the number one thing that helps me run fun contests to give you things that are good for your family, so get the word out.
Winner will be picked at random on Thursday, February 10th, 2011 @ 5pm CST. Any comments made after that time will not be counted. Winner will be chosen by the “And the Winner is…” plugin because it’s SO MUCH EASIER than using Random.org – if the same person is picked twice, I will pick again.
I was not compensated and did not receive product in lieu of compensation for this post. I just really like oatmeal and thought it would be fun to give it away to y’all.

I would love to dry the Lavish Dark Chocolate flavor! Right now, I really like the Blueberry Muffin and the Cinnamon Roll flavors. Better Oats are sooo much better then the other instant oatmeals. I’ve been hooked since I first tried it!

The chai sounds really good. I like how they have some lower sugar varieties as well!
We already LOVE Better Oats, LOVE LOVE LOVE. My husband adores the dark chocolate. I’m not a big dark chocolate person; I love the maple and brown sugar. I have some of the chai at home but I haven’t tried it yet.

I would totally go for the chocolate flavor. I’ve never had chocolate oatmeal before!
