Trying to Cut Down on Bottled Water

But it’s tough.

I see those bright green water bottles on the Biggest Loser commercials and almost bought one once but can’t figure out how I would drink out of one without spilling it all down my shirt. The cup thing I get, it’s the screw on part where the water might dribble that I’m afraid of.

But a bottle that held a lot of water I could fill from my fridge but that would still fit in my car’s cupholder would be awesome. I haven’t found one yet, but I’m on the lookout.

Because I wouldn’t care if it was a foot tall, it would totally be worth it just to be able to not buy bottles anymore! I saw a pretty cool insulated cold-cup at Starbucks but it didn’t really seem like it was as big on the inside as it looked on the outside, but I still might pick it up closer to the holidays when it goes on clearance. Unless they’re all sold out by then, which is the risk I take when I wait for cups and mugs to go on clearance at Starbucks!

It’s the frosted one…not the one that looks like the clear lemonade cup but bigger. I tried to find an image but didn’t see it. Maybe I’ll score one next time I go to The ‘Bucks.

Ok…so my husband is a weirdo about his coffee mugs…BUT depending on how BIG of a cup you wanted this might be of interest. Thermos makes a kick a** travel mug in a 16oz size that you can get at Target. It can be used for hot or cold and you can get it with the handle (does not fit in ALL of our car cup holders)or without the handle (does fit in all cup holders). The lid is the fantastic part…It doesn’t have a flip cap, a straw or a whole with no cover. Depending on how tight you turn the cap it is either closed….allows for slow flow or fast flow. It NEVER LEAKS!!! Oh..except the time that I obviously didn’t put the cap on right and he threw it into his work bag without checking…oops. Type in “thermos mug” on the target website and you’ll get three choices. GREAT MUG…IF it’s the size you’re looking for.

Just realized the one I was referring to that DOES fit into our cup holders DOES have a handle too. It’s the Raya.
